Wedding Photography at Shottle Hall
I’m proud to be Shottle Hall’s longest-standing recommended photographer since I shot one of the first weddings they hosted around 2004.
Of all the beautiful places I get to visit for weddings around Derbyshire, Shottle Hall must be one of my most regular haunts. It’s a real home from home for me, still family-run, the staff are so friendly, and great to work with on a wedding shoot.
As far as photography opportunities go, you can pick from open fields giving sweeping views over the Ecclesbourne Vallery, the quintessential British country house, of course, old barns with the most perfect shabby chic doors, and a lovely winding country lane all within yards of the entrance!
I’ve been a Shottle Hall recommended wedding photographer since around 2004, right after the venue was renovated and re-opened. Over those years I’ve photographed hundreds of weddings at Shottle Hall, and seen the venue grow to have four dedicated wedding ceremony areas including the beautiful Coach House Marquee with its outdoor space overlooking the local countryside.
