Shottle Hall Wedding Photography – AnnMarie & Andrew
Shottle Hall is one of those venues that works in any weather at any time of year, but wherever I visit, autumn is always a favourite time of mine for photography.
Ann-Marie & Andrew had the most wonderful autumn afternoon for their wedding at Shottle Hall. Their dog Red was a big part of the day, too, acting as ring bearer during the ceremony (hitting his cue to deliver the rings from the back of the room PERFECTLY, what a dude) and general guest-of-honour for the photocall after the ceremony.
It was lovely to catch up with one of my previous couples, Gemma & Sean, whose wedding I also photographed at Shottle a couple of years ago.
We went out for a few little photowalks throughout the day as the light and conditions changed from afternoon sun to golden hour loveliness, to dusky blue hour perfection when we got a few silhouette shots outside in the cold before heading in for the speeches, meal, cake cutting and first dance.
Then Elvis arrived 🙂
